Where to write
Send every message to support@instanavigation.app. A real person answers. No bot replies for us.
A good bug report
Include four details:
- the name you searched;
- the tab that you opened;
- what you hoped to see;
- what you saw instead.
Paste the error message word for word. A screen capture is welcome. Never send a password or an ID card. We do not need them.
Answer times
Copyright or takedown notices: we reply within 48 hours. See the removal page for what such a notice needs. Other mail: we answer in two or three working days.
Out of our hands
- An Instagram account that is locked, hacked or lost.
- Opening private profiles, or removing any other limit that an owner chose.
- Who viewed your stories. Only Instagram knows that.
- Old stories after their day is over, or posts that were deleted.
